Allegations of federal criminal tax fraud are investigated by the criminal division of the IRS and prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office—which has the final say in whether federal criminal tax charges are filed (not a local district attorney). Therefore, the apparent decision to NOT charge Cohen pursuant to allegations made to the IRS over FIVE YEARS AGO (on April 15, 2005) has nothing to do with Los Angeles District Attorney Steven Cooley. It simply reflects the lack of wrongdoing on Cohen’s part. Very safe to say at this point that if the evidence was there, Cohen would be charged by now and that KL’s word to the contrary is worth little of no weight given her utter lack of credibility on so many levels.

Similarly, allegations of state criminal tax fraud are investigated by the California Franchise Tax Board and typically prosecuted by the California Attorney General’s Office—not a local district attorney.

In either case: 1. Cooley had nothing to do with the federal and state decision to not prosecute Kelley Lynch’s unproven allegations and 2. The lack of any prosecution five years later speaks volumes about Cohen’s innocence.

Vile, vulgar, and obscene “Sydney” (who attempted to lure my minor son into privately communicating with him/her) has publicly stated that he/she is counting the days untilt he FBI finds me, carts me off to jail in handcuffs, and puts me away where I cannot hurt anyone. What’s his/her MOTIVE? Syndey, and this gang of cyber-terrorists who are criminally threatening and harassing me and my family, deserves to be prosecuted. Hello Mr. Riordan,

How does Jihad Gianelli know that Cooley’s not giving Cohen a free pass? Does he communicate with people at the DA’s office or have information supporting that position? Cooley’s Major Fraud Unit has a complaint with respect to Cohen’s criminal tax fraud; THEFT; and has been directed to evidence. That would include the evidence with the IRS which the State of Kentucky asked me to share with them. Why would Cooley prosecute Cohen when he made an appearance in Phil Spector’s matter? I suppose Cohen believes Phillip shouldn’t have an opportunity to confront him with respect to his preposterous rock ‘n roll stories. Cohen lies through his teeth.

2. The only person who has EVER expressed the view that Cohen is “a deranged madman who should be in prison” is YOU. But clearly you have an axe to grind. Cohen fired you as his manager in 2004 after he discovered that you were paying yourself from his assets millions of dollars more than your agreed percentage. Of course, I wasn’t served Cohen’s fraud and perjury complaint. Wasn’t notified of the default and was misled after Cohen apparently notified the press (three months early) that the judgment would be filed. His accountant, who appears to have committed fraud and perjury in his declaration, ASSUMED Cohen was the beneficial owner of certain entities. The process server apparently made up the proof of service. Seems to be a problem for the frauds at LA Superior Court. They engage in THEFT, wrongful conversion, fraud, perjury, and the destruction of innocent people’s lives. They seem to bend over backwards for celebrity frauds like Cohen who absolutely appears to have a pattern of THEFT. All you need is a high paid liar to write a Complaint for you for a quick buck. As Ann Diamond has confirmed – Cohen also employs people to target others. He likes to claim that women who see right through him are obsessed with him. The man’s delusions are inconceivably bizarre and his history of drug abuse may have caught up with him. In any event, no “co-occupant” lived with me or my son and no woman matching the fictional description of a “co-occupant” exists as it relates to me, my son, or our former house. LA Superior Court has a deadly serious problem with fraudulent proofs of service, fraud, perjury, etc. It is one of the most corrupt enterprises on earth from what I can tell.
