Curious, I created a SL account a couple years ago after a lot of press coverage hype. The first time a logged in, I remember looking at a statistical screen showing how many users were currently logged in. That number? A rather dystopic zero. Not the way a imagined spending my second life, wandering the streets alone as if in some classic episode of The Twilight Zone. I poked around, realized that this SL world held little of interest to me, then bid adeau ( "Hello? I'm leaving now!", I tried to exclaim. ), and returned to FL, first life, which is seaming only slightly less dystopic at the moment as well as having too many people logged in.
