To me kidnapping is a crime and if you take away someones kids unlawfully you my friend then become a kidnapper. No matter what your title is, at your place of work. So social workers, govern yourselves justly.

Dear tilly ayala
I feel bad, and heartbroken over your story, and my own, how my half sister catherine mary vazques used the system to take my kids from me,
she spoke so bad of me, that she created a seperation between me and my two kids that I may never be able to reverse, never mind I may never get custody of my kids back from her, after all the bad she spoke of me. I never abused my kids but she marred my reputation so bad to an unrecognizable degree, that I fear I will never be able to get back to how my life was before. Mind you she’s done me so much damage I don’t know if I’ll ever be the same again. The power of words can destroy a person. She is careless, and took her sword out and lashed me to pieces to say ohhh some nerve is not enough seeing I wouldn’t do that to another person. She was rewarded for her attack and now has custody of my kids. I never had the guts to do that to somebody, and as big of a sin it is to destroy a person the way she has hurt me, she is in control of alot of my life now seeing I have to remain in bitter cold iowa till this case to get my kids back is resolved in my favor or hers who knows. I could just be being tortured and they could already have made up their minds as to my fate, and they’re just trying to upset me further who knows, but let me tell you something, tilly you are not the only one angry at the system, and upset and angry at the meaness of others. I am angry too. My hope is that one day, I will get back what my enemies took from me, and that they will pay for the violence they have done to me, and not just the violence but the time they have robbed me from being able to see my kids. These people that are apart of taking our kids and putting them in foster care, many of times, act coy but they know exactly what they are doing I have no pity for them when they have to pay for taking away the kids of loving mothers.

please get more mothers stories about how they have gotten their Children taken away. Thats the kind of stories I would like to read about because something has to be done about the DHS system, since they are getting 60 million a year for taking our Children away. The article written here is about me, but I am not the only one in this situation I know that there are many more angry but loving familes that desrve to get their Children back. By Tili Ayala

Dear Mr Jeff deeney Hello sir I am greatful that you should take the time and write a story about my situation, My son is now a five year old and I still protest that is what I am compelled to do. I could not fight when this first happened to me because the man I was with had all the power and was very controling. But it looks like I have control of my life now, and I will not give up on my son. My last court date was on 3-11-09 and Brian and David Mildenberg sure fought hard for me in Court since termination of my perental rights was what DHS wanted. The truth will come out because as a mormon woman that I am I must tell the truth and hope that it will set me free. Family court likes to keep things quayet and hidden if all posible I did make a mistake and now I feel that I am being punished for something tht was not only my doing but Paul Gianfrancesco had the power to stop the heart break before things got worse for the both of us , I met him in court and he seemed kind and charming he still is and I don’t want him to suffer any more than I do, We did have friendship in 05 and continued for about 2 years He never told me that he was a married man and he did let me have comunication with him, Phone calls letters and I did have feelings for him he said that he was on my side and many times gave me advice. I just wish he would of told me that he was married at the begining. DHS Not only took my son away but my heart as well I am still dealing with the pain and shame since he gave all my letters to the Court some were love letters. You never touch on the massive Cps/Family court corruption. How about all that false reporting going on? Hmm.. all those children in the system make a nice check for some judges and workers! Ohh yeah Is Tilly from Philly? Isn’t thats where those two judges got 2.6 mil in kickbacks for selling out children/Families rights?
